Q. When is the leasing office open?
A. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Sunday hours of operation are seasonal. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, our office is open from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm; otherwise, the office is closed on Sundays. The office is open on all holidays except for Thanksgiving Day, the afternoon on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday. At times, we may have extended hours or after-hour events. Should you be unable to visit during our scheduled hours, please let us know so we may have the opportunity to accommodate your schedule.
Q. Is this a pet-friendly community and, if so, what is the policy?
A. Yes, we are pet-friendly! Up to two animals are allowed per apartment home with a combined weight limit of 80 pounds. A non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent apply to each animal. Some dog breed restrictions apply due to their aggressive nature, and certain exotic pets are not permitted.
Q. Why are there price ranges for the same floor plan and how do I know what the actual cost will be for a specific apartment?
A. Rental rates are subject to change daily and may vary based on move-in date, desired lease length, and specific apartment features. If you would like to discuss your options in detail, our professional leasing team will personally assist you with finding the best apartment home to fit your needs.
